The Sobremesa Supper Club
Where Every Meal Lingers
The evening begins at the table…
At Sobremesa Supper Club, every table tells a story. Rooted in the Spanish tradition of “sobremesa”—the lingering conversation and connection shared after a beautiful meal—our supper club celebrates slow dining, soulful flavors, and meaningful community. We create intimate dining experiences that linger longer.
We gather around the table not just to eat, but to connect. Each curated dinner is a multi-sensory experience: seasonal ingredients, global inspiration, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. From the first pour to the last bite, every detail is designed to invite pause, pleasure, and presence.
Private Dining, Reimagined.
We have created a members-only private dining experience where chef-driven, seasonal dinners unfold in the intimacy of your own home.
We bring the chefs, the menu, the sourcing, and the execution. You bring the table, the guests, and the moment.
This is hospitality without performance.
Luxury without spectacle.
Dinner as it was meant to be—unhurried, intentional, and deeply human.
Our Culinary Philosophy
At Sobremesa, we believe the most meaningful meals happen at home—when conversation lingers, when food tells a story, and when presence matters more than presentation.
Sobremesa is not a restaurant,
It is a private dining house—brought to you. Each season, our chefs design menus in close collaboration with local farmers and artisanal producers, allowing the land, the moment, and the ingredients to take the lead. What is served reflects what is thriving—right now.
We take care of every detail—from sourcing and preparation to plating and pacing—so hosts can remain fully present at their own table. No performance. No distractions. Just the rhythm of a well-considered meal.
Our menus are chef-driven and seasonal, blending Southern warmth with global influences. They honor culture, memory, and craft—each dish telling a story of place, heritage, and intention.
Sobremesa is as mindful as it is memorable. We work with small farms, local growers, and responsible suppliers, integrating sustainable practices throughout our process—from menu design to composting and waste reduction.
Every dinner reflects a commitment to community impact and environmental responsibility. This is conscious hospitality—one that nourishes both people and planet.
We believe food is a conversation.
And every course is a love letter to craftsmanship, care, and connection.
A Membership-Based Dining Experience
Sobremesa is more than a supper club.
It is a curated community of discerning food lovers, creatives, and cultural explorers who believe that gathering—with intention—is an art form.
Our members value conversation as much as cuisine, artistry as much as ambiance, and community as much as craft. Membership offers access to host private, chef-executed dinners in the comfort of your home—experiences designed to feel both effortless and extraordinary.
Each dinner includes:
Seasonal menus curated by Sobremesa chefs
Locally sourced ingredients from trusted farmers and makers
On-site culinary execution and thoughtful plating
A refined, restaurant-quality experience—without leaving home
All in-home dinners are private, invitation-only, and never ticketed.
Join us at the table—
where every gathering is intentional, and every moment lingers long after the last course.
“Every meal is an opportunity to build community.”
— Alice Waters
The Chef’s Table by Sobremesa
Eight Courses.
One Night.
A Seat at the Story.
The Chef’s Table by Sobremesa is a monthly, ticketed tasting experience where our chefs take full creative control, designing an eight-course menu inspired by the season, place, and narrative. This is not dinner. It’s a point of view. Sobremesa was built on the belief that the most powerful hospitality happens in intimate settings. The Chef’s Table is where that belief is made visible.
Hosted in an intimate setting, this experience invites guests to gather around a shared table for a guided evening of culinary storytelling, thoughtful pacing, and intentional presence.
This is the only Sobremesa experience open to the public. Seats are limited. Menus change monthly. Nothing repeats.
“The act of cooking for others is the purest form of generosity.”
